Taniya Wright, MPA
Founder & Executive Director | Wright Way Solutions
Taniya Wright is a dedicated public servant, author, community advocate, and Founder and Executive Director of Wright Way Solutions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Bakersfield, California.
She holds a Master of Public Administration with honors and a Bachelor of Business Administration. As an Assistant Planner with the City of Bakersfield, she brings extensive experience in public administration, urban planning, healthcare, and community development.
A woman of faith and service, Taniya serves as a Deaconess at Rising Star Baptist Church, where she is actively involved in ministry and community leadership.
Inspired by her personal experiences and passion for helping others, Taniya co-founded Wright Way Solutions with her husband, Vernon V. Wright, to expand opportunities in mental wellness, education, youth development, workforce readiness, and family support.
She is also the creator of The Wright Word and Real Talk, The Wright Way, using her voice to inspire hope, encourage healing, and empower others.
Her leadership reflects a guiding belief:

Vernon V. Wright

Vernon V. Wright is a Co-Founder of Wright Way Solutions, bringing decades of professional experience, entrepreneurship, faith, and a lifelong commitment to hard work and service.
With 28 years of experience as an oil rig hand, Vernon developed a strong foundation in teamwork, perseverance, responsibility, and dedication. He is also the owner of Clean Wright Service, a business he has operated for 16 years, demonstrating his commitment to entrepreneurship, integrity, and dependable service.
Vernon serves as a Deacon at Rising Star Baptist Church, where his faith and commitment to serving others are reflected in his leadership and community involvement.
Having been part of Wright Way Solutions since its inception, Vernon shares in the organization's founding vision of strengthening families, empowering individuals, and creating meaningful opportunities for underserved communities.
His belief in faith, family, hard work, and helping others reflects the values upon which Wright Way Solutions was established. As Co-Founder, Vernon is committed to supporting the organization's mission and helping build a lasting legacy of compassion, opportunity, and community impact.
